This video has been submitted to the court as evidence of my case.

1 The communist members of Oki are distributing fliers for the stockholders.

2 Banner reads "Okidenki stop illegal no pay overtime work, regret Yuhuin bribery case

establish ethics of enterprise, take responsibility for society."

3 At the beginning stockholder "A" appealed against, that Oki prohibits stock holders to take video even Oki took video now.

4 The chairman said they will remove the stockholders who go against his order.

5 My lawyer tried to make a question about the removal but the chairman didn't permit it.

6 Stockholder "B" pointed out the way of whom to permit the question.

7 Stockholder "C" complained only he was asked to show the ID card at the entrance.

8 Stockholder "D" pointed out about Yuhuin bribery case and date of employment of the disabled person was false.

9 Chairman ordered Stockholder "D" to exit for over time speech.

10 Stockholder "D" was removed.

11 Stockholder "E" was angry and protested to that.

12 Stockholder "E" also was removed.

13 I pointed out about Yuhuin bribery case,and there are discriminations in Oki's work by showing concrete examples, after praising the standard of Oki.

14 The chairman answered that they will not answer for individual discrimination and the bribery case was committed by a employee, there is no responsibility on Oki

15 I appealed that they didn't answer the amount of damage from the case.

16 Chairman didn't answer and ordered me to exit.

17 I protested by lying on the floor, but finally was brought out by them holding both my hands and feet.

18 A "Company mobilized stockholder" gave a motion of concluding the meeting and the meeting concluded.


Explanation

1  The communist members of Oki do this every year. I am not a member.

3 The company explains the reason for the video is for the safety of the stockholders. In case that any bad incident happens.

I asked to submit these videos as evidence in court.

But they refused saying it was against the privacy of the stockholders.

In fact Oki used these videos to "educate" their employees.

They don't want to protect the privacy of stockholders.

We the stockholders need to record by video to protect our selves against violence.

7   Oki does this to only my supporters, not to other stockholders.

8  Stockholder "D"pointed out, Oki has explained that they have achieved the rate of disabled employees. But the NGO data shows it is a lie.

He was going to submit this data to the chairman. But the chairman refused to listen. The chairman made him exit for going overtime during his speech.

The time limit was only tree minutes. Stock holder D went over two minutes.

13   I pointed out that the standard declares they will dismiss the discrimination in work, which is the theme I have been pointed out for 18 years in this meeting.

I showed the examples and the names of victims, the people's salary who get discrimination are half of others, no one promoted even the sub section chief.

Oki got big damage, by stopping the bid and management to public construction for the case.

So the question of the amount of the damages was the actual theme of the meeting.

But, the chairman didn't answer, he also didn't explain why he gave no answer.

So, I pointed out they can't refuse to the answer.

16 They made me exit, only because I continued to seek the answer.

17  When the guard men came to get me to exit, I sat on my chair to protect myself from going out.

Then the guard men was going to take me out chair and all.

So, I refused by sitting on the floor.

But they tried to lift me up.

Then I tried to hold on to other stockholder's chairs.

But suplasingly, all stockholders who were near left with their chairs.

They were "cooperative stockholders".

There was nothing to hold on to.

I laid on the floor and refused to be lifted up.

I held on to a guard man's foot for a while.

But finally I was lifted up and brought out.

18  Every year company mobilized stockholders give the motion of concluding the proceedings.

The chairman finishes the meeting by the vote of the majority. Of course they don't confirm the number of opposed. This is a typical Japanese stockholders meeting. Oki should answer more honestly, if they don't want to be embarrassed in showing this meeting all over the world. I think it's not so difficult but I can't help them.
